Full payment is expected
at the time of service unless other arrangements have
been made in advance. Where dental insurance is involved,
we can calculate for you in advance how much your
insurance will pay and how much you will be responsible
for paying. Based on this calculation, the patient
will then only be required to pay the non-insurance-paid
portion of the fee at the time the service is rendered.
Please note that when major services involving
lab work are provided (i.e. crowns, restorations, inlays,
dentures, etc.), 50 percent is due upon preparation, with
the balance upon insertion—after insurance.
We accept most dental insurance plans and
can submit claims directly for many insurance products. Patients
should not hesitate to ask for pre-treatment estimates.
Patient responsibilities:
- Patients should always carry their dental insurance
card with them.
- Patients should familiarize themselves with
and understand the details of the benefits and co-payments
outlined by their insurance provider.
