Patient First Visit
Your first visit is a personalized consultation scheduled with Dr. Ken Tirone. During the visit, Dr. Ken will do an extended and thorough exam. He will ask and answer questions regarding your dental and overall health, discuss any treatment options, determine the type of cleaning needed tailored for you and review insurance and financial information. The importance of this visit cannot be understated. This is the first step in getting to know you and optimizing your oral health, and restoring and renewing your smile.
Insurance Information
Basin Park Dental participates with most insurance plans. We will submit your insurance claims on your behalf. Where dental insurance is involved, we can calculate for you in advance how much your insurance will pay and how much you will be responsible for paying. Based on this calculation, the patient will then only be required to pay the co-payment at the time the service is rendered.
For Patients with Insurance
We ask that you bring your dental insurance card with you to each appointment.
Familiarize yourself with and understand the details of the benefits and co-payments outlined by your insurance provider.
Payment Information
You’re important to us and so is your oral health. We are committed to working with you to ensure that your personal financial circumstances do not keep you from receiving the dental care you deserve.
We do accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. For treatment plans paid in full in advance of treatment by cash or check, we extend a 5% discount.
